I have used SERVPRO for several years, and would not even think of using anyone else.  The employees are knowledgeable and professional.  I have never had to call them back after a job to have them re-clean anything.  They arrive on time and finish in a timely manner.  I have my carpet, and upholstered furniture, cleaned once a year, and I have always been happy with the results.  My carpet is 6 years old, and it still looks new.
