Austin Case – Receptionist and Dispatcher
Austin works in the front office – she is the frontline who answers the phone and greets customers when they come into the office. She schedules and coordinates jobs, and makes certain of the status at the end of each day.. She enjoys spending time with her family; especially with her little boy. She has been with SERVPRO for two years.
