Before and After Water Damage

Before and After pictures of a kitchen that had extensive water damage.  The customer was out of town for 5 days when the flooding happened.  The water was in every room of the house. All of the floors and subfloors were damaged, as well as baseboards, quarter round, and the bottom of the cabinets.  The customer decided to go ahead and replace their cabinets.  They were happy with the results.  The kitchen looks wonderful, as does the rest of the house.

If you are going out of town, be certain to turn off the water supply.  If you do not turn it off, make certain to inspect every source of water where it enters the home to see if there are any leaks or running water.  Do not leave your washing machine or dishwasher running.

Also - if possible, have a neighbor or someone check on the house each day that you are gone.
