Water Damage

This customer was out of town on vacation when their hot water heater located in the attic had a leak.  The water came through the attic floor and through the ceiling below, which caused insulation and sheetrock damage, as well as damage to their floors, furniture and contents.  If the leak had been caught on the first day it happened, this could have been avoided.  We extracted the water, placed high velocity air movers and dehumidifiers in the affected areas, and cleaned up the fallen materials so that the flooring and sheetrock installers could begin their part of the restoration process.
