Damage to Floors from Water Leak

This home suffered water damage in several rooms of the house.  The hardwood floors had to be torn out, and replaced with new flooring due to buckling and swelling.  The 1/4 round and baseboards also had to be replaced.

This water damage came from a washing machine leak.  The homeowners were away from home for several days when it happened.  If they had been home and the areas were treated immediately, the story would have been much different - the floors could have been restored instead of replaced.  The customer was happy and very satisfied with our work, and said they would be telling all of their friends about us!
